Glass Flatness & Distortion Online Measurement System

Determination of flatness and optical distortion. For tempered/float glass lines

FlatView® is an online measurement system for flatness and optical distortion of flat tempered glass or float glass. Non-contact geometric optical surface measurement technology is adopted. By measuring the slope distribution of the glass surface, the surface shape is reconstructed based on the slopes. The assessment parameters are calculated according to the calculation methods for flatness and optical distortion specified in the standards. The evaluation indexes include PV, Optical Power (mD), 3D data distribution map and data distribution curve.


This instrument is suitable for measuring architectural glass.
